Why do I need to log in?

This is not a public access site; it is only for the use of the members of our Community. For privacy and security reasons we encourage you to monitor who uses your user name and password to log in, you are responsible for that.

What use can I give to the web?


We will use the web to communicate any news that we find useful for the Community or its members, or any news that are related to our Community. You will have the option of being informed via e-mail every time that we publish any new. You could use the web to contact the Community office, Sagesa, ask for an appointment with the doctor or nurse, inform of any maintenance problem, book one of the sports courts or give us the reading of your electricity or water meter. You could also give your opinion on the situation of our Community or you could use it as a Notice Board for yourselves

How can I contact the office?


Click on the Contact button on the main menu, top right, or the Contact the Office button on the Services menu. An email will be sent to Ricardo’s inbox at the office.

How do I contact the President?


To contact the President please do it through the Community Office, we will pass on your comments or suggestions to him/her ASAP.

 How do I contact the administrator?


You can contact the administrator via the Services tab, there is an specific button in there.

What’s the use of the Opinion section?


You can express your opinion on any matter that you think is important to our Community, but always doing it with all due respect.

How can I express my opinion or comments on any new that has been published?


Once you are in the Opinion section you will find a form on your right that you can fill out to express any comment, suggestion or opinion that you have on anything related to our Community or on anything that has already been published.

Why can’t my comments be published straight away?


The webmaster at the Community Office will monitor all the entries in it. So far, we won’t tolerate any offensive comments or coarse language towards any of the members of our Community or the Board under any circumstances. Sexiest, racist, offensive or obscene comments won’t be published whatsoever.

What’s the use of the Notice Board section?


This is a space for you to publish anything that you want to tell your neighbours; events such as a coffee meeting or a birthday party or that you are selling a sofa bed, your dog has gone missing or that you want to receive some Spanish lessons. Your ads can be replied and the reply will go straight into your email inbox. You could always edit your add through the webmaster to modify it or remove it.

Why there are messages that haven’t been translated in the Opinion and Notice Boars sections?


It will only be translated the official info that is in the News section of the webpage. Opinions and ads will have to be translated by the author. Community staff won’t spare any time in doing it; it would consume too much time and certain translations could be seen as “biased” in the eyes of the author.
